Delete your Pricio account

How to request account deletion

Option 1 — From inside the app

1. Open Pricio.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings (gear icon, top right).
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm — your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email us at support@relto.dev from the email address associated with your Pricio account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.

What data gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name and email address
• Your authentication credentials
• Your scan history and all uploaded photos
• Your saved appraisals and notes
• Your subscription status (note: cancelling your subscription is separate — please cancel via Google Play subscriptions before deleting your account if you no longer want to be billed)

What data is retained

For legal and accounting compliance, we may retain:

• Anonymized purchase records (for tax/accounting purposes) — retained for 7 years
• Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics — retained indefinitely

None of the retained data can be used to identify you personally.
