Terms of Service

Welcome to Pricio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pricio mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Relto (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you are in the European Economic Area) to use Pricio. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One person, one account. You may not share your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. What Pricio does — and what it does NOT do
Pricio is an estimation tool. You photograph an item, and our AI returns an estimated resale value, retail value, and supporting information (condition, market trends, etc.).
3.1 Estimates are not appraisals
- Pricio's results are algorithmic estimates, not professional appraisals.
- They are not financial, investment, or legal advice.
- They are not a guarantee of the price any specific reseller, marketplace, pawn shop, insurer, or private buyer will offer you.
- Actual offers depend on local conditions, individual buyer judgment, authentication, and many factors we cannot see in a photograph.
3.2 Use at your own risk
You agree that you will not rely on Pricio's estimates as the sole basis for any transaction, insurance claim, legal proceeding, or financial decision. We strongly recommend obtaining an in-person professional appraisal before any high-value sale, purchase, or insurance valuation.
4. Free tier and Pricio Pro
4.1 Free tier
Free accounts may submit a limited number of appraisals per rolling period (currently 2 scans every 7 days). Limits may change with notice.
4.2 Pricio Pro subscription
Pricio Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks:
- Unlimited item scans (subject to a reasonable daily fair-use cap to prevent abuse)
- “What moves the price” — full value-factor breakdown
- Best places to sell your item
- Market saturation and competition analysis
- The marketplace listing generator (paste-ready listings for eBay, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, and Poshmark)
4.3 Billing
- Pricio Pro is billed weekly or monthly depending on the plan you select.
- Payments are processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store where available), governed by their respective subscription terms. We do not handle your payment card directly.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through:
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until that date.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google and Apple under their store policies. We cannot issue refunds for Play Store / App Store purchases directly.
4.6 Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload photos that are not items you own or have permission to photograph
- Upload photos of people without their consent, of children, or of other sensitive content (nudity, violence, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prompts or AI behavior
- Use the Service to power a competing product or to harvest data at scale
- Run scripts, bots, or automated systems against the Service
- Attempt to bypass scan limits or subscription enforcement
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially license appraisal output without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the photographs and information you upload.
6.2 License to us
To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your uploaded content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes sending your photo to our AI provider for analysis. We will not use your content for any other purpose (no advertising, no model training, no sale).
6.3 Deletion
When you delete a scan or your account, the associated content is deleted within 30 days from our active systems. Backups are rotated out within 90 days.
7. Intellectual property
The Pricio app, brand, logo, interface, prompts, and proprietary algorithms are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses generative AI to produce appraisals. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, may reflect biases in the underlying model, and should be treated as a starting point, not ground truth. We make no warranty that AI output will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of pre-paid subscription fees, except where required by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Pricio is available to users worldwide. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Service do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
15. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
