Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Relto (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Pricio, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Pricio mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who we are

Pricio is available worldwide. This Policy applies to all users regardless of location, with additional rights for users in the EU/UK, California, and other jurisdictions as noted below.
2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and a password (stored as a hashed token by Firebase Authentication; we never see your password in plain text). If you sign in with Google (or Apple, where available) we receive your email and a unique account identifier from the provider.
- Profile data. Display name (optional) and country/currency preference.
- Item details. Optional information you type in before an appraisal (brand, model, condition notes, etc.).
- Photographs. Photos you capture in-app or upload from your library for appraisal.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data. Device model, operating-system version, app version, language/region, and crash logs. Used to debug and improve the App.
- Usage data. Number of scans, scan timestamps, plan tier (free/Pro), country/currency at scan time. Used to enforce free-tier limits and display your history.
- Anonymous install identifier. On first launch the App generates a random identifier (a UUID) and stores it securely on your device. We use it only to enforce free-tier scan limits and prevent abuse of the free tier. It is not a hardware fingerprint, not an advertising identifier, and is not tied to your real-world identity.
- Purchase data. When you subscribe to Pricio Pro, our payment processor (RevenueCat together with Google Play, or the Apple App Store if you use an Apple device) records your subscription status and renewal date. We do not receive or store your card number — that is handled entirely by the app store.
2.3 Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your real name, address, phone number, government ID, or banking information.
- We do not access your contacts, microphone, calendar, or location.
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not show ads.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for behavioral advertising.
4. Who we share information with (sub-processors)
Pricio relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate. Each processes specific data on our behalf:

We have no other sub-processors. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics aggregators.
When you take a photograph and request an appraisal, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Per Google's policy, paid Gemini API inputs are not used to train Google's general-purpose models, and inputs are retained only for a short abuse-prevention window. 5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers operated by Firebase. Storage region: us-central1 (United States). If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App you consent to this transfer.
6. How long we keep your data

You can delete any individual scan from your history at any time. You can delete your entire account (and all associated data) from Profile → Settings → Delete account (or by emailing support@relto.dev) — we will action the deletion within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@relto.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
GDPR users (EU/UK): our legal basis for processing is your consent (when you sign up) and performance of contract (delivering appraisals you request). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California users: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” of your personal information. We do not sell your information.
8. Children's privacy
Pricio is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email support@relto.dev and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, Firebase Security Rules for access control, and encryption at rest on Google Cloud. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, email us immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the App or by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
